The chair arrived on Sept 20th (via ****** tracking number ************ and Impressions Vanity order number IVOUS-******) with missing parts, and is therefore unusable. I purchased a chair from their company totalling $230. I have also called their customer service number *************) listed on their website during business hours and it has rang busy for a whole 9 days straight.I have had to resort to social media to try to direct message them as well to see if I could get a response.
